Usually, yes. Because these jobs don’t need a schedule of works planning out first, we can often fit you in the same day or later that week. If it’s urgent – no power, or something that’s unsafe – mention it when you call and we’ll prioritise it.
It depends on the job. Notifiable work – like a new circuit or anything in a bathroom or outdoors – gets a certificate and is notified under Part P. Smaller jobs like swapping a like-for-like socket don’t always need one, but we still test what we’ve done and will tell you straight which camp your job falls into.
